This page took awhile. Can't imagine why. Sadly, no Freeglass on this one either, this one's all Leslie and me. BUT we should be able to bring him back on next week! WOOHOO!

So, I finally found some time to sit down and beat Bloodborne. Got the super secret THIRD ending...which, honestly, probably wasn't the best decision as far as conclusions go. Even still, Bloodborne's quickly become my favorite of the Souls game. I don't really have the drive to go back and do invasions or PVP like I did in the previous games, but that single-player experience was just fantastic. It's been so long since I've been completely enthralled with a game world. I just wanted to soak it in, explore everything, read up on every little piece of information about the universe. I liked Dark Souls and Demon's Souls universes too, but Bloodborne is just something else. God, there's so much attention and detail packed into that game. I loved it. Loved the level design, loved the fast-paced combat, loved the soundtrack, love everything.

Leslie's also gotten re-addicted to Mario Kart now that that DLC has come out. 200cc is a blast. Probably something that should've been in two or three games ago, but fuck it, it's here now and it's free so I can't complain. Love that speed. We're slowly getting closer to a new F-Zero game with this little expansion. Not there yet, but close! Girl villager and Isabelle are both Leslie's new mains and easily the best new additions. Way better than fucking Tanooki Suit Mario, come the fuck on Nintendo.

In other news, and this is probably something I should've began this blog post with, we are now DONE with our Kickstarter stuff. All the rewards have been shipped out to everyone who gave us their address! Leslie personalized 122 books and I sent out roughly 300 packages over the course of a month. It was EXHAUSTING, but it's done! Our first Kickstarter has ended as a success! Thank you everyone that helped support us. There's only one thing left to do now: the 12-page-comic one amazing backer donated towards, which might just end up on Blaster Nation once this current chapter is done. Updates are going to stay at two-a-week until this is done, but I think we can bust through it! We'll get back to regular updates in no time. Thanks for being so patient with us!
