HAPPY ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!

Well, the chapter’s over and so is our first year. Personally, I think we’ve had a pretty rough start, but that’s okay. This is our first foray into the world of comics and we’re still getting a grasp on things. But I think we’ve improved a lot and there’s plenty of opportunities for us to do better, and that’s just what we’ll do. I think we’re really going to kick ass this year, guys.

So, a bit of bad news. We’re going to be taking a short break from updating the comic for a bit. Two, maybe three weeks at most. But don’t worry, we’ll be uploading things to keep you entertained each week. I think you’ll like them. In the meantime, we’ll be working on building a set of buffer comics, finishing up the Chimneyspeak guest comic, sending out commissions, and retooling the site a bit! It’s going to be a busy vacation, certainly.

We’re also planning our first non-Blaster Nation story! We might go all the way and try to get this as a print comic. It’s a story I’ve been wanting to do for years now and I’m really excited to actually work on something related to it! God, I wish I could tell you more, but not until we have some definite stuff planned.

But yeah, what did you think about this chapter? I admit, we probably could’ve done a lot of things better, but I think it was a step in the right direction. We’ve got some great things planned for Blaster Nation, including the return of a much-demanded character, so I hope you’ll stick around for 2012!
